Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us you may return it, unused, within 30 days of original receipt date.  Refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. A restocking fee may apply. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Call our customer service department at 877-506-TREE (8733) to get a Return Authorization Number. Include your name, phone number, address, RA#, a copy of your receipt, and reason for return inside the box. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Arbor Tech Supply, LLC is not responsible for any damages or loss of package in transit. The only exception to this is non-returnable items,  such as: special order items, educational items, rope cut to length, and any item not in new sellable condition. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with the new item.
